11 Year old Boy Stole a Cement Truck – Led Police on One Hour Chase

An 11 year old Minnesota boy stole a full-sized cement truck around 3:00 this past Sunday afternoon from a contractor in Dodge Center. The kid jumped on the highway with the truck! He led police on a chase that lasted about an hour, ramming a couple cop cars along the way; when he finally ended up on a dead end street, he tried to make a run for it, but was arrested after a short foot chase. He's now cooling his heels in juvie.
