#1. Cognitive training: I had to look this up and it's highly controversial. According to the report, cognitive training practiced over time may improve long-term mental function in healthy adults.

#2. Blood pressure: Adding exercise can help in this area.

#3. Exercise, as simple as walking for 30 minutes a day can delay or slow age-related mental decline.

So, basically the story says get off your ass and you reduce the risk of dementia. Also, your genes have a lot to do with it too. But getting off your ass wouldn't hurt.
