75 MPH Will Soon be Legal on Some Michigan Highways

The Governor signed legislation into law yesterday that will allow us to legally drive 75 miles an hour on 600 miles of state freeway, once studies by state safety engineers deem it prudent to put the pedal down (legally). Some of those highway speed limit signs should change within the year.

Another 900 miles of rural state road will jump to 65 miles an hour.
