The Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania's eagle cam, caught a bit more than some of their viewers had bargained for earlier this week. While feeding their eaglets, the parent bald eagles brought in a cat for dinner! Not knowing if the feline in question was a house pet or feral, reports have estimated the cat's demise to be prior to the actual event.

Reminding viewers that eagles bring many different species of food such as squirrels. rabbits, fish and other small fur bearing creatures to their young as food, this should not be a surprise. It may also serve as a suggestion to better keep watch on your own house pets.

Because the images may be disturbing to some, the actual video will not be shown. However, a link to the eagles nest can be reached here: EAGLE CAM
