It keeps getting tougher and tougher for smokers in the world these days. And now one Michigan city has decided that you can't buy tobacco products in their town unless you are 21 or older. WILX.com reports that the Ann Arbor city council voted to become the first city in the state to raise the legal age of tobacco product purchases.

The new ordinance will go into effect on January 1, 2017.
