Anti-Gay Michigan Pastor Resigns After Being Spotted on Gay Website

A Midland Reverend is making national news for his hypocrisy. Reverend Matthew Makela has spoken out against gays in the past, imagine his congregation's surprise when Makela was found to have a profile on the gay dating site Grindr.

Guess thy Rod and thy Staff comforted him just a little too much.

He is a top and likes to cuddle. I wonder if that will be the topic of conversation at the Children's Service this weekend? Another great topic might be judgement and the old saying "judge not lest ye be judged." Or "he who is without sin shall cast the first stone."

This hypocrisy is the latest in a long line of men who once condemned being gay and were later found out to be gay or at least curious.

The Church has deactivated their Facebook page and urged members of the congregation to ignore the story. Makela has resigned according to this story.

Maybe try a new career because I doubt this father of 5 will ever lead a church again.
