*** ATTEMPT TO RETURN PROPERTY ***

*** SUPER DUPER BIG UPDATE!!!! ***

THE DRIVER AND VEHICLE HAVE BEEN LOCATED. One of our officers located the vehicle and interviewed the driver who was very cooperative. The driver did get a souvenir from us and the mirror was returned home as promised. NOW, if you all happen to see him out and about you don't have to worry about calling 911. ALSO, do not give him any grief over this or harass him please. We are all able to act like adults sometimes, and this would be one of those times. The intent of the post was to get information, not make life difficult for those responsible, and just so you know; yes it was a Chevy. So please join us in apologizing to the Ford drivers and any grief we may have caused them. The suspect also mentioned that he was going to turn himself in after several people showed him this Facebook post, so THANK YOU to all the people that shared this, it was a big help and you rock.

*** ATTEMPT TO RETURN PROPERTY ***

We finally found some down time to check out some truck pictures online and are now pretty confident the mirror is an aftermarket mirror that belongs to a Chevy Silverado.

Attention driver of a pickup truck that lost their mirror at the intersection of Coleman Rd and Nichols Rd: we found it where you went off road and destroyed that nice family's mailbox. We also found the glass from your window from when you did further damage to their property and belongings. We would love you return this stuff to you as well as give you a souvenir from the Bath Township Police Department.

In case the owner does not have Facebook: if any of you know someone with a Chevy Silverado that is missing an aftermarket passenger side mirror and has significant damage to the passenger side including a blown out window, let us know so we can return their lost property and give them a souvenir from us! Please share to increase the chances of them seeing this!
