WLNS TV 6 reports that the Subway eatery on Grand River Avenue in Meridian Township, just west of Okemos Road, was robbed at gunpoint around 9:00 last night.

The suspect, whose face was hidden, pulled a gun and demanded cash. They made off with an undisclosed amount of money and police are still looking for 'em.

The robbery last night comes on the heels of a man pulling a gun on a woman in the parking lot of the Kroger store on Marsh Road in Okemos Sunday afternoon around 12:30.

WILX TV 10 reports that 24 year old Michael Jermel Mountain was charged yesterday in connection with the parking lot incident. He was nabbed after a brief police chase Sunday afternoon. Charges include  armed robbery, receiving a stolen vehicle and weapons charges.
