Awwww — Look at the Puppy!

Penny from the Capital Area Humane Society, and her trusted driver Kimmer, brought by "Lightning" this morning, a 3 1/2 month old SUPER SWEET Australian Shepherd puppy.  "Lightning" needs a home -- any room in your heart?
