Bake N Cakes South Grand Opening at 9:00 This Morning in Lansing

Bake N Cakes South opened for business recently, which marks the legendary bakery's foray into making fresh doughnuts.

Jeff Johnson, owner of Bake N Cakes, opened his second Lansing location last month at 6030 South Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, just north of Miller Road.

The official ribbon cutting/grand opening of their new destination for deliciousness will be this morning at 9:00. Bake N Cakes will hand out a free doughnut to everyone who stops by, while supplies last.

Bake N Cakes opened their doors for business on Kalamazoo Street in Lansing decades ago, creating cakes, cookies, cupcakes and so many other delicious treats.

Bake N Cakes has been a long-time partner of WMMQ, supplying treats for our listeners not only in the form of prizes, but they also bring coffee and doughnuts to the WMMQ Halloween Costume Contest for Dogs every year. And THIS year, Johnson will be a judge of the contest.
