A new documentary, Being Evel, has been released; it tells the story of the rise and fall of daredevil stuntman Evel Knievel, from petty criminal as a young man to selling insurance, then selling motorcycles. It was the gig selling motorcycles that started the stunts to promote the bikes.

The Detroit News has a well-written review of the movie, which Rotten Tomatoes is giving it a '100% Fresh' rating; doesn't sound like the documentary is sugar-coating his darker tendencies.
