Another staple in classic rock has announced a tour that will stop in Michigan. Boston is touring in support of the band's 40th anniversary. Pollstar.com reports that Tom Scholz is rounding up the current lineup with Tommy DeCarlo at the helm as lead singer. The band will stop in Michigan at Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo on May 21.

DeCarlo was named the band's singer after original vocalist Brad Delk committed suicide in 2007. DeCarlo had been posting his vocal covers of Boston songs on Myspace (remember that..?) when he caught the attention of Scholz.

Ironically, the band will not celebrate 40 years in their hometown of Boston.
