According to their Tuesday report, burn permits will not be issued, but, campfires and fireworks are not completely banned in the counties in the Northern Lower Peninsula under a Red Flag Warning. However, extreme caution is urged for anybody who lights a bonfire due to warm temperatures, low humidity and gusty winds.
