Dead & Company Cancel 2020 Tour, Including Detroit Show

The coronavirus outbreak has forced the cancellation of another rock and roll tour that was scheduled to stop in Metro Detroit this summer.

Dead & Company, featuring Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Bob Weir, and John Mayer, along with Jeff Chimenti and Oteil Burbridge were scheduled to return to Michigan with a summer show at DTE Energy Music Theatre. The Wednesday, July 22 date has been canceled, with no pans of re-scheduling, as the band decided to scrap their entire "Summer Tour 2020".

Those with tickets will have an opportunity to receive full refunds. Tickets bought by crefit card at Little Caesars Arena XFINITY Box Office will see their refunds automatically applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. If you bought tickets in person at the box office, you will be able to get your refund on site once the box office re-opens.
