100 Days of Inspiration
If your New Year’s resolution is to lose weight, here’s something that may add extra motivation.
This video captures LaKeisha Shurn, as she goes to the gym for 100 days in a dogged attempt to lose weight.
Whatever she did worked – Shurn dropped 18 pounds in the 100 days and more than 50 in the last year.
It’s pretty amazing stuff and quite a victory for Shurn, who is also battling some emotional issues.
