The Ingham County Animal Control & Shelter is offering discounted animal adoptions all this week, through Saturday.

The Shelter says:

“Right now we have nearly 30 dogs and nearly 50 cats on the adoption floor waiting for their forever home,” says ICACS Interim Deputy Director Kate Turner. “With so many here, plus more in foster homes waiting for their opportunity to be adopted, spreading the word is very important. Since summer is drawing to a close and families schedules starting to fall back into a routine, this can be a great time to bring in a new pet.”

For more information on discounted adoption fees or other programs at Ingham County Animal Control, contact the shelter at 517-676-8370, visit the ICAC website at www.ac.ingham.org, or visit the shelter at 600 Curtis St. in Mason.  Ingham County Animal Control is open Tuesday 12-6pm, Wednesday 12-7pm, and Thursday - Monday 11 AM to 4 PM.
