WLNS.com is reporting this afternoon that former MSU Basketball star, current Golden State Warriors All-Star, and Olympian Draymond Green has agreed to plead guilty to assault charges stemming from an incident in East Lansing earlier this month.

Green did not appear in court as his legal team submitted signed paperwork from Green that he pleads guilty to the assault charge. He will be fined $500 and will pay $60 in jail costs. As part of the plea agreement, Green can have the charged reduced to a civil infraction if he stays out of trouble and has no contact with his victim, former MSU Football player Jermaine Edmondson, for one year.
