The 'Rope' Stage Of A Tornado
If you hear an alarm sound at 1:30 this afternoon, don't panic! Make a plan.
WMMQ and other broadcast media across the state will test our emergency alert systems to make sure they're ready to roll should we get hit with severe weather. The test will only last about a minute.
The other point of the test is to get you thinking about what you would do at work, at home, on the road should a tornado be pointing your way.
