The City of Brotherly Bud? Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter will sign a bill into law that will make Philadelphia the nation's largest city to decriminalize pot. Now, if you were busted smoking a joint in Philly, it would be a $100 fine instead of jail time. If you are busted for possession, it's a $25 fine. Nutter said he's seen too many of his citizens slapped with charges for small amounts of weed. Click here for the full story.
