One of the worlds largest trees, "The President", has been photographed for the first time ever, top to bottom. It's 3,200 years old and stands at 247 feet. The California redwood measures 45,000 cubic feet in volume. The trunk in 27 feet wide and it has over 2 billion needles, more than any tree on the planet. It adds about one cubic meter per year of wood making it one of the fastest growing trees in the world.
