Freaky, Sugar Filled Goodness, Is Back!

That time of year has rolled around yet again! Unlike the pumpkins that arrived to the produce aisle in AUGUST, these little tidbits of sugar filled fun, will have a much longer shelf life. Actually, I think it would only be two years shy of Twinkies.

Yes, now is the time for Count Chocula, Frankenberry and Boo Berry! The Count and Frank cereals that first made their appearance in 1971, followed by the Peter Lorre looking Boo Berry in 1973. 'Fruit Brute', with the howling werewolf made it's debut in 1974, but like Chuck from Happy Days, disappeared from store shelves without explanation.

Today's questions are, "do you still buy it for yourself or children?" And, "which is your favorite?" Please consider Fruit Brute as a write in!
