WILX and mlive.com are reporting this afternoon that General Motors may be looking to expand its Lansing Delta Township Assembly Plant. Spokespeople for Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero and Delta Township Supervisor Ken Fletcher say GM will seek a Public Act 198 incentive from the city. GM is working with the Lansing Economic Area Partnership on its application, expected to be presented to Lansing City Council on Monday. The proposed expansion is expected to cost roughly $37 Million.
