GM announced today at the North American Auto Show, production of the GMC Acadia will move from the Lansing Delta Township plant to Spring Hill, Tennessee. It's expected to be done by summer. GMC is rolling out a new look for the Acadia, it's expected to be a bit smaller than the old version.

GM promised Spring Hill one more brand to build, as they now assemble the Cadillac XT5 SUV. The Acadia will be assembled in the same fashion as the XT5. It looks like Lansing will have it's hands full meeting the demand for the 2016 Camaro.

GM recently added a 3rd shift to help Lansing build the star of this year's Auto Show, the 2016 Camaro. Demand is expected to be high for the sharp looking ride. No need to be upset, Lansing still has work to do. Get the full story here from WLNS.com.
