Happy Birthday America!

A few weeks ago we were shopping and came across his tiny hat. I think it was a novelty hat for a full sized human. We decided it would go perfectly with one of baby Nugget's 4th of July outfits.

We had to make some alterations but it turned out fantastic and she melted the hearts of all the grandma's she met. If you are just joining us, Nugget is our 7 1/2 month old baby. We are creating a calendar of her first year and this will likely be our July picture for our 2018 calendar.

Nugget has Down syndrome and it's upsetting to think that 90% of Down Syndrome babies in the USA face termination. She is very highly functional child and we can't imagine our life without her. Truly celebrating this year... Happy 4th!

On the way to go out, we rocked out Led Zeppelin... The Rockabye baby collection! Big thanks to listener Wolf for thinking of baby Pants and hooking up an AWESOME gift. It was so good, I listened on the way in today.
