Have You Heard About the New Michigan Outdoor Concert Venue?

We've been giving away a lot of tickets to see Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band at Detroit's West Riverfront Park Thursday June 25, 2015 (you can still register here to win online). And all along, I've been wondering, "Where the hell is that?!", yet couldn't find much info on it.

Finally - we have answers from the Detroit News! The space used to be the site of a newspaper printing plant, which was torn down years ago. The space just opened up to the public last year after $5 million in redevelopment. Sounds like you'll get a great view of the city from the venue along the Detroit River between Joe Louis Arena and the Ambassador.
