High Schooler Jailed for Indecent Photo in Yearbook

Jail? Really? I think that is a bit excessive. Deb thought he should have to do some weekends. I think it's a waste of taxpayer time and money. It was a joke, not a traumatic sexual act played out on a victim.

What about the yearbook editor and journalism teacher? How about the DAMN school who printed it? He will have to register as a sex offender now.

And this guy, Dennis Hastert didn't even have to do a year in prison for sexual contact with a minor.

I think the punishment is a bit severe. I have been wrong once before though... ask my wife.
