Holt Neighborhood Evacuated After Explosives Found

The Lansing State Journal reports that a lady walked into the Ingham County Sheriff’s Delhi Township division around 10:30 yesterday morning and told them that she found a couple of bombs in her mobile home at Delhi Manor on W Holt Road. That piqued their interest, so they went with her to take a look-see – sure enough, they found two explosive devices. They called the MI State Police and evacuated the neighborhood until the explosives were successfully defused.

Sounds like a man had been staying with the woman and it’s believed that he made the explosives – the Feds are working with state and local agencies to track down the suspect. It’s not yet known what evil was intended with the devices.
