While some may tend to avoid the whole turkey thing this Thanksgiving and go with ham or some other form of protein for their dinner this Thursday, many of us will stay with the same thing we've known since 1492!

The question is, how will you prepare it? Are their some secrets other than the pop-up timer to keep your turkey moist? As for me, I leave the turkey to my brother-in-law Patrick! He's the master of the infrared fryer and prepares an awesome bird! Even for me, one who is not really a fan of turkey, it is a fine and tasty centerpiece for the holiday fare!
