An NCAA coach of a Power 5 program with 19 wins is upset his team didn't get into the NCAA tournament, shocking we know.

Maybe you can call it sour grapes, but Jim Boeheim is none too pleased that his team isn't dancing and Tom Izzo's is this year.

Boeheim, appearing on ESPN's Mike and Mike in the morning show on Monday, specifically mentioned the Spartans and USC as two teams that Syracuse should've had the jump in the selection committee's process.

“I love Michigan State, but they lost 14 games and they didn’t have as many good wins as we had... Southern Cal, they always talk about did you challenge yourself in the non-conference, they obviously didn’t and their two wins were at home. There’s a little inconsistency there, but at the end of the day, it is what it is and there isn’t as much consistency as maybe you would like to see.” Boeheim said on the program.

Michigan State extended their tournament appearance streak to 20 straight years on Sunday, garnering a 9-seed and playing against Miami (FL) on Friday night in their opening tournament game.
