Need a new ride? Like to take chances? Maybe you want to reclaim a vehicle you left somewhere on the streets of Lansing - here's your chance!

The City of Lansing is offering up abandoned vehicles for sale one week from today - get all the details here.

Just a note - if you missed out on the Clinton County Sheriff's Office auction of the Lansing Party Bus that we reported in January of this year, I was informed today that it didn't sell in the auction and was turned over to American Towing in Lansing to cover  fees incurred for schlepping around the beast.

My call to the tow company indicated that it is still in their possession, so maybe they'll sell it to you!

Here was the previous story on that auction:

January 9, 2018

If you've been dreaming of a party bus with over 400 thousand miles on it, the 'Lansing Party Bus' is up for auction by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office. It's a 1987 model and likely could tell some stories - like the time the bus took a bunch of MSU students to Andy T's farm south of St. Johns back in October and was impounded by the sheriff's department for operating without insurance or proper inspections...

The minimum bid for this beauty is $10,290.00 - you've got until this Thursday to get in your bid to the Clinton County Sheriff's Office - details here.

The Lansing State Journal has more details on some of the charges being faced by the owner of Lansingparty.com.
