Lansing “Safe Zone” for Your Online Transactions

Instead of meeting up in gas stations, furniture store parking lots and 'Park and Rides', you can now conduct your online transaction handoffs of 'cash for goods' under the watch of the Lansing Police Department.

From the LPD Facebook page:

The designated “Online Transaction Exchange Zone” is located in the parking lot of the Operations Center at 5815 Wise Rd. Lansing, MI 48910. Customers are asked to use the South/East area of the public parking area, which is marked with a sign.
Citizens are allowed to use the designated area from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and do not need to reserve or call the Department prior to meeting. All items/merchandise are allowed to be exchanged except weapons (Weapons are NOT allowed).
