Lansing Target Targeted by Prankster

THIS is one of the many reasons I love my friend Carmen, because she could not stop herself from adding her own touch to the local Target display. And I love that she couldn't stop laughing at herself for the harmless stunt which will bring joy to several before 'order' is restored.

Reminds me of my friend Bil's handiwork at a local retail store - he says he 'fixed' the display.
