If you've got a Lego freak in your life, you'll soon be able to visit a Legoland in Auburn Hills. WILX TV 10 reports that they broke ground yesterday for a 'Discovery Center' at the Great Lakes Crossing outlets.

At this time, the closest 'Discovery Center' to us here in Greater Lansing is in Chicago.

And you can now get Lego-like blocks made of polypropylene that are about a foot long, weigh around 2 pounds come in 14 different colors. The blocks have channels running through them so you can thread power cables or LED lights through whatever structure you create. The 'EverBlock' system was created by a New York City Entrepreneur and you can build everything from furniture to walls to stand-alone structures.
