Look at me all serious. Got my hair all slicked back, glasses on. I mean business at Munn Ice Arena. That tie I am wearing was given to me by MSU Executive Chef Kurt Kwiatkowski. That tie is now 5-0 and even better, MSU has won 6 straight home games and pulled into a tie for 3rd place in the B1G standings.

This year, I was honored when I was asked to be the public address announcer for the MSU home games. The first time I saw a game at Munn, I was announcing it. I get the best seat in the house, right on the ice. It has been one of the most exciting experiences of my life. I am part of the off ice official group and have to wear grey slacks, a black blazer and a MSU Hockey tie.

This week, at the end of the game, the officials had to check the clock to make sure it was accurate. Referee Marco Hunt came in the announcing area and the Big 10 Network cameras followed and my friend Brandon snapped this picture. My television debut.

My friends said "I cleaned up nice."

Isn't that another way of saying "normally you look like s--t!"
