Losing the Locks: Getting Rid of the Joe Fro

After about 10 years of long hair, I finally got the mane removed yesterday. I was driving through Webberville and saw the Bearded Ladies was open, so I dropped in to get it did. Jessica took real good care of me.

I posted a while ago on Facebook I was thinking about donating the hair to Wigs for Kids but a friend suggested I send the hair to childrenwithhairloss.com. My friend said they were a Michigan based company and don't charge the kids for their products.

So, I needed a style. I asked for a Faux Hawk to match my daughter's. I was very happy with my cut. My friend Andrew was in there to see it and couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Wow, my bald spot turned into a bald AREA. I need to own it. Plus, my wife really, really liked it. She slept well last night.
