Lowell Police Pulling People Over and Giving Out PRESENTS!

I would be so proud of my police force if I lived in Lowell, Michigan. The police have been pulling people over and giving out presents to the motorists. Check out their method in the video below.

The police have taken a lot of heat in other parts of the country this year. I don't know if their message was not all cops are jerks but it's a very thoughtful way to build a relationship with the community. Merry Christmas, Lowell!
