Michigan State's Nov. 8 home game versus Ohio State will kickoff at 8 p.m. on ABC, the network announced Thursday.

That adds yet another layer of excitement to the rematch of last year's Big Ten title game.

The announcement means MSU will play in at least four night games this coming season. The Spartans' season opener versus Jacksonville State on Friday, Aug. 29 also will be a night game, as will the game versus Nebraska on Oct. 4 and their Nov. 15 game at Big Ten newcomer Maryland.

That's back-to-back night game for MSU, and in November no less. Ohio State will play in five night games this year.

In all, it's a big change for the Big Ten, which had been reluctant in scheduling night games past October.
