Michigan: The Great Lakes Steak?

If you're like me, you grill year 'round. Grilling is great, but now I am looking for a good smoker.

At the suggestion of my dad, I went out and bought an Oklahoma Joe's smoker. It weighed about 250 lbs and came unassembled. Needless to say, it sat in the box until last Saturday when I sold it.

What I am looking for now,  is something less involved and maybe electric or propane. Steelhead are running and Spring Turkey Season is on the way, so I'll need to get something fast!

What do you use and would you recommend it?
