Middlebrooks was best known in his recurring commercial role as the Miller High Life delivery guy who made sure that The Champagne of Beers was always in the right hands. According to the article, Middlebrooks was found unresponsive in his home Monday. No cause of death has been determined, but foul play is not suspected. Middlebrooks also had minor roles in television series like "Scrubs", "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia", and "Parks and Recreation".
