Mom’s Apple Pie!!

My mom brought apple pie to Thanksgiving dinner last week -- she is legendary for her DELICIOUS pies, especially the apple.

Apparently, Gigi the Cat liked the apple pie better than the pumpkin.  And who doesn't mind a biting through a little tin foil to get to the good stuff?  Normally, being a germ freak, I would have tossed the entire pie.  In this case, having only a limited supply of the precious commodity, we cut around the cat attack.
