More WMMQ Office Weirdness

Yes, that's a fire extinguisher in the middle of the downstairs hallway here at the WMMQ offices. Doesn't everyone keep their safety devices at the ready...in the middle of the hall?

No. They don't.

While taking the photo to share, I asked a co-worker if there's a story behind the pictured placement and was given the logical explanation that it was to hold down the corner of carpet that keeps curling up, presumably tripping people.

The guy telling me about it says his attempted fix a couple weeks ago was to use a half bottle or rubber cement in a repair effort, to no avail. So the current solution is to set some heavy things on the floor, I guess.
