MSU Announces Home-Home Series With Arizona State

After years of avoiding The Great North-Lands of Big Ten Country like the plague, another Pac-12 school has agreed to a home-home football series with Michigan State. The MSU Athletic Department released information today detailing the showdowns. MSU will travel to Tempe, AZ and Sun Devil Stadium on September 8, 2018. The Sun Devils will make the return trip to East Lansing on September 14, 2019. This will be the first time the teams have faced each other since their first home-home match-ups in 1985 and 1986. The agreement displays MSU's commitment to scheduling top-tier non-conference opponents. MSU also has a home-home series scheduled with another Pac-12 program, Oregon. The first game is this season in Eugene, OR on September 13, 2014. The return visit by the Ducks is set for September 12, 2015.

IN OTHER MSU FOOTBALL NEWS: Game times are set for two more 2014 games. The September 27, 2014 homecoming game against Wyoming will kickoff at noon; the October 18, 2014 game at Indiana will kick at 3:30 PM.
