Longtime Michigan State football Strength & Conditioning coach Ken Mannie announced his retirement via his Twitter account on Thursday morning.

Mannie leaves East Lansing after a quarter century in the strength and conditioning department.  He came to MSU to work under then-coach Nick Saban in 1995, and he stayed on through the end of the Mark Dantonio era (after the 2019 season).

In addition to Mannie's departure, assistant coach Ron Burton is leaving MSU to reportedly head to Indiana in a similar role.
