The Michigan State Men's Basketball team picked up a road win in Big Ten play tonight over Rutgers 71-51. The Spartans (14-7, 5-3) used a second half surge to secure the win, after a physical and chippy first half. Branden Dawson led the MSU attack with another double-double tallying 17 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 steals. Bryn Forbes found his way back into the starting lineup, and took advantage of the opportunity by putting on a shooting clinic. Forbes finished with 18 points on 4-6 shooting from behind the 3-point line and 7-10 overall. Travis Trice also scored in double figures with 10 points and 5 assists. Kadeem Jack led Rutgers (10-12, 2-7) with 17 points and 7 rebounds.
