According to a press release and article at msuspartans.com, former Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook will try to shake off the negativity of naysayers leading up to the 2016 NFL Draft by putting himself under a national spotlight. Cook will be featured on the ESPN series Gruden's QB Camp, hosted by former NFL coach and current TV analyst Jon Gruden.

In seasons past, Gruden has broken down and rebuilt a number of future NFL quarterbacks in effort to display their skills to scouts prior to Draft Day. Since Michigan State's run to the College Football Championship Game, Cook has come under scrutiny of so-called experts and talking heads. The "word on the street" is that Cook isn't a great teammate and leader, and questions about his throwing shoulder linger as well.

Follow Cook's adventures with Gruden beginning on April 23. See this article at msuspartans.com for a full schedule of series episodes and list of other participants.
