Coming up together in the midst of the tumultuous 1960's and the crazy music scene of Michigan, two friends would in some way or another, leave a tremendous mark on the world.

Detroit born Glenn Frey would work with legends like Linda Ronstadt and Jackson Browne, and later become a key songwriter, singer and guitarist for the Eagles.

Ann Arbor native Bob Seger would grind the Midwest music circuit tirelessly until he finally received the national attention he deserved with the release of "Live Bullet" and the ensuing "Night Moves."

All the while, Seger and Frey maintained a friendship that began in 1966 and would last until Frey's passing in 2016. And one year to the day of that sad event, Bob Seger has released, "Glenn Song." A tribute to his long time friend.
