No Charges for Michigan Man Doing 160MPH

Mark Whittaker of Portage sells cars in West Michigan and likes to demonstrate the 'performance ability' of the vehicles he's selling on US 131. He's also fond of making video of his joyrides of pegging the needle at 160MPH and posting them on social media.

Someone shared the video of his speed demon ways with Michigan State Police, they turned it over to the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor.
