No Yoga Pants or Speedos in Montana

Republican Montana State Representative David Moore was so outraged when a group of naked bicyclists rode through Missoula this past August, he has proposed that the state law regarding indecent exposure be expanded. Representative Moore would like to ban both male and female nipple exposure, as well as clothing that quote gives the appearance or simulates” a person's buttocks, genitals, pelvic area or female nipple. He's not done deciding what we should not wear in his fine state. The esteemed Legislator also wants to ban “tight-fitting beige clothing”.

He also has strong feelings about yoga pants of any color, stating that, "Yoga pants should be illegal in public anyway." That would destroy my wardrobe.

We'll see if the legislation gets passed. I would hope the sensible people of Montana let this guy know that he needs to dial it back.
