Officials Issue Warning To Avoid I-75 Near Mackinac

Emergency officials in Cheboygan County have ordered the National Weather Service to issue a civil emergency notice to motorists asking them to avoid traveling I-75. According to MLive.com, motorists are urged to not travel the I-75 stretch in Cheboygan County through Saturday, December 17.

Winter weather is causing whiteout conditions, resulting in a multitude of accidents already Friday.
