Talk about 'Ultimate Sin' City: Ozzy Osbourne will present a special Halloween concert -- or perhaps, a series of concerts -- in Las Vegas this year. There are few details just yet, though Ozzy's wife and manager Sharon Osbourne has confirmed the couple's plans.

"I'm working right now on a Vegas production for Ozzy," she tells the Sun (via the Belfast Telegraph). "It'll be in time for Halloween and be called 'Hell Gate'."

As we revealed back in September, they've already launched a Facebook page and Twitter account to promote the show.

It's part of a busy year for Osbourne, who is also set to begin work on a new Black Sabbath album in 2015. The band's 20th studio project follows the Grammy-winning smash reunion effort '13,' and will again include bandmates Geezer Butler and Tony Iommi, and reportedly producer Rick Rubin. A tour, perhaps their last ever, is expected to follow.

Meanwhile, Osbourne has already confirmed several solo dates. Among the highlights are a return to Japan with Ozzfest for the first time since 2013. Shows with Judas Priest and Motorhead could be in the offing, as well.
